I find that when I am feeling out of sorts, it’s because I have lost my authenticity. So if I am in a funk—having a spell of sadness, anger, or just being bitchy, I grab my journal and spend some time getting to the truth of who I am. The journal forms that help me the most are seeking clarity or emotional release.
