Inspire Friday — the beauty of spring

March 30, 2012 By brittandreatta

March 20th marked the Spring Equinox. I love spring time. I am always inspired by the promise of new beginnings and growth. It energizes me to think about where in my life I would like to bring something forth, and more importantly, how I can be open to asking for and receiving help in my endeavor.

That may seem odd but spring is all about getting help. Trees need rain to grow. Flowers need sun to bloom. And of course, plants need bees to pollinate them. It’s a beautiful orchestra of the eco-system and one that humans would do well to emulate. To be our best selves, we need to be able to receive help.

Watch this amazing TED video to see the beauty of spring and how help comes in all shapes and sizes.

p.s. I realize that many parts of the country are still under snow so hopefully today’s post will remind you that spring is coming to your neighborhood soon.

"Britt is a gifted facilitator, period. Whether in a large group setting or one-to-one, she guides in a way that keeps focus and structure while allowing for and encouraging spontaneous discovery. She knows the power that lies in the process itself, and creates an environment that encourages personal insight to emerge. I have benefitted greatly from some deep discoveries that have occurred in one-to-one and small group settings with Britt."

"Facilitating change, transformation and the realization of our authentic selves is clearly one of Britt’s many gifts and callings. Britt consistently brings kindness, compassion and a tireless commitment to supporting people in going for their dreams. She is a talented group facilitator, an empowering life coach, and an inspiring public speaker and teacher. It has been a priceless gift having Britt’s support in my life."
